HELP: CameraWindow DC "Failed To Connect To The Server"

I bought Canon IXUS 240 HS and installed latest Camera Windows software.

I want to use wi-fi facebook upload but first I try to connect "set up web services" from software.

Unfortunately I get "failed to connect server" message.

I try to egister my camera but it also doesnt have on the list. So what should I do now?
