Canon PowerShot sx530 hs Questions

Raeywinde
Apprentice

Greetings,

I am taking a basics of photography class and I have a few questions related to my PowerShot sx530:

  1. What is the actual "body type" of the camera, I see everything like EF/EF-S, EF-M, RF... or is it a "non-canon" bodytype that is more like a Leica or something like that? If so, which one(s)?

  2. My instructor was talking about "Auto-Bracketing" but I can't find how to set that or if it is even an option with the PowerShot sx530? Is it just another name that I am missing? Or some weird hidden setting? Or is there a firmware update or something I need to run on it?

Thank you for all your help 🙂

The Body type is "point and shoot" - a fixed lens digital camera.

I looked at the manual, and cannot find any indication that bracketing is an available option.
