Camera saying “disconnected

Hi there i am having a problem with my canon Power Shot Sx540 Hs, After connecting the camera to the wifi on my ipad i will go onto the Camera connect app and A few seconds later the Camera will have a notification that says “Disconnected” I have tried deleting the app and re downloading also turning my device on and off but nothing seems to work. Any solutions to my problem?

For PowerShot cameras, we aren't able to provide support through our forums. Instead, I suggest that you check in with our phone technicians by calling us Monday through Friday from 9am-7pm EST at (800)652-2666
