how to transfer pics from g7x ii to windows 10

I am so cofused I do not understand how to transfer pics and vids to my computer 

I pluged the usb the camera opened but I could not find the camera file, like it did not show up

pls help!

The camera should appear as a drive in Windows File Explorer. Does it?

If this camera has WiFi, disable it to use a USB connection.

If the camera is not showing as a drive, try:

1. another USB port on the computer

2. another USB cable

3. another computer

You can also use an SD card reader that plugs into a USB port. This can be an easy fix
