Will Power Shot SX410 take sports pictures without blur

The lens is relatively slow at tele (f/6.3), but it goes up to a 1/4000 shutter speed, but the maximum ISO is 1600.
There are worse options, but this could be OK in good light.

Not many! This is going to be a real challenge. If ISO 1600 is the highest, and f6.3 is the fastest, it will be the worse for noise and distortion in the photo. Further complicating the already challenging situation. Especially coupled with the rather small sensor in a P&S.
Again, as I have said many times, the main factor to whether you will be successful is location. Where you are shooting from. This is far more important than any other factor. Add post editing as the likely second most important. You are the third and camera is last.

Actually, the main problem with a point and shoot is shutter lag. If you really want to take the picture as soon as you push the button, you need a DSLR. Otherwise you have to anticipate the shot for about half a second!
