Taking photo of re-sized photo

SX720 HS camera. If I make a photo close-up, how can I take a snapshot of that re-sized photo? Thank you.

You'll need to better explain what you're trying to do.

If I understand correctly do you want to take a photo of a photo?

If so you just need to set the camera to the closest focus distance, like Macro if the camera has that. Depending on the camera capability and the size of the photo you may not be able to fill the screen.
