I want to be able to add lenses to the Canon Powershot sx530 HS is that possible? I saw on amazon where there are converters.

Adding dioptic filter to the lens will damage the lens when the lens contract to its position.

You are risking your investment by putting filters on the lens.
Look at the size of the filter thread that can be seen in front of lens mark like 52 mm ( this is the diameter for the filter )
Look at amazon for this size and select that fits your budget.
You better buy a DSLR camera so that you can use filters instead of buying lenses.

This one has Filters by Canon that are safe. But no lenses. Ya know? I just want a fisheye lense pretty much. I am a beginner so I definitely am not planning on spending 600 on a lense, haha.
This is what I want, can you please tell me what you think about it?

If you put a lens with adapter most problem is vignetting ( blurry near edges ). If I am not mistaken this lens ( SX 530 HS ) is not interchangeable like a DSLR, so it needs adapter to place the fisheye lens to 530 lens. As I said dioptic filter is better than expensive lens but not on pop up lens only for DSLR .
