How can I connect my Powershot sx610hs to my win 10 computer.

There seems to be no downloadable software on the Canon site for win10.  When I set up the wi-fi, I can sign into my wi-fi network and can see the computer and try to connect, but it never seems to finish connecting.  help.

There is a procedure to connect your camera which begins on page 99 of your user manual...have you gone thru that yet?
