I’ve tried everything I could find to fix it but when I try to connect to my iPhone or computer, it just says “connection failed”. It won’t let me connect devices. Any help or advice would be strongly appreciated.

Let's start by resetting the camera's wireless settings to default. Access the Wi-Fi menu and choose the device (phone) to edit. Once selected, on the next screen, choose [Edit a Device]. You should then see your phone if it has been previously connected. If not, then we are good to go there.
