Hello. I have a problem connecting my Canon G7X MarkII to my computer under windows 10.
I have downloaded Canon software and launched "Wireless Camera Connection Settings" on my PC. This software done some changes and I can see my PC on my camera screen.
But camera are trying to connect and after long time of attemting camera show "Connection failed".
I need support.

Are you following any directions? There are step by step, how to videos on the camera’s product support page.
You should be connecting to the same LAN that your PC is connected to, not directly to the PC. There are also a couple of steps you need to perform on your PC, too.

Thank you very much! Helpful video. I didn't press add device when I was trying to connect camera to PC.
