Did you mean:

iP7250 colours printing incorrectly - why please?

Hi,

Am in the middle of a print project: HELP!!!  😮

Suddenly all my colour prints are pink - the blue ink (?) seems to have a problem.

Checked all the ink containers - they are fine.

Did a head clean and a deep head clean - no difference.

Printed out the head alignment - confusing - there's no control to compare with, but it looks odd.

Help appreciated with thanks,

Ric

This is an alignment problem please?

How do you align these heads?

The manual says something about typing numbers in - but into where?

Thanks

Further to Danny

The IP7250 is made for the European Market, the American version is the IP7220 'I think' maybe with minor differences.  Your best bet is to get on to Canon UK Support, you can do this via Email or phone

Thanks, am in contact with Canon UK right now - they just succeeded in getting me to carry out the diagnosics I performed 12 hours ago - am now using up ink & paper at an alarming rate, and still no closer to solving this issue.

Incidentally - this does appear to be a print head misalignment. The software doesn't tell you how to correct this issue, only how to generate alignment printouts. Then Technical Support gets you to do this all over again. Not very impressed at the moment.
