iP110 won't print..

Hi! Thanks for being here,

I have connected my Pixma iP110 wirelessly to the Mac iPad Pro via the Cannon print app,  but the printer won't print. It acts like it is printing and the paper is fed through but the ink does not come out and the paper is blank.

Please help and thank you.

Hi bigswaby2000,

 

To narrow down if this is a hardware or software issue, I recommend printing a nozzle check. Please click HERE for the steps. Once it prints, click the blue link in step 3 to compare you nozzle check.

 

Does the nozzle check printing correctly or is it missing the grid or colors?

First I got a recorded message from Canon saying ip110 had no tech support. I kept trying. Finally got a tech. After several calls and numerous trouble shooting attempts the problem was the printer. I now have a new printer and will start installing again. Fingers crossed.
