I am having trouble with my i990 printer. As a test, I just printed a colour wheel and for some reason, my i9900 printer will not print red properly, if at all. Yes, the red ink cartridge is full. It seems to print blues and yellows properly.
I am wondering if there is something to "reboot" the printer or update the driver? If it is the driver, where would I find an update? Is there something else I should be looking into?
Thanks.

Hi WersternGuy,
I recommend performing a nozzle check. If any of the color bars are streaked or missing, a cleaning should resolve the issue. I have included full instructions for printing the nozzle check and cleaning HERE.
