i560s: Print head not insatlled error

I am getting a "Print head not installed" error indicated by 5 flashing orange lights. I have taken the print head out and re-installed it, and made sure it is clean of debris, but I am still getting 5 flashing lights. What should I try next? (Or is there something I should be looking for other than "obvious" debris?

Hi Tigerloftis,

 

Because reseating the printhead did not clear the error, your i560 would require service.  You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
