What is the 'waste ink absorber?'

Hi davinhan, thanks for posting; that's a great question! 

A waste ink absorber is a strip of spongelike material deep within the printer that wipes away excess ink from the printhead, once the printead has passed beyond the edge of the paper or print.  If you receive an error that indicates you have a full waste ink absorber,  you will need to speak to technical support directly for further instruction.  Please feel free to click on the link below to get the process started.

I replace the waste ink absorber about 6 months ago, yet I got the message that it is, once again, full, and printing has stopped. How do I get to start printing again?
