Replacement printer won't set up

I just got my new printer that was sent to me per warranty. Tried setting it up and it keeps saying offline and that I need to select a language. Do I need to download everything again or can I use what is already there from the last printer(exact same model)?

Windows or Mac, you didn't say?

 

Regardless, I'd remove the device and uninstall the software.  Then perform the steps for adding a new printer, installing the software, etc.
