So I'm resetting up my printer after a move and a good while in between uses. It says I need to change the ink which I have, I know the tank is functional because I see it moving when the printer is on. Once I turn it off tho the tank doesn't return to the center so i can pull the cartridges out... Anyone have any idea why or how I can fix this?
