My i9900 is not printing colors. New print head no results! Help!

I just replaced my old print head with a new one after having issues printing colors. I cleaned the contacts, run deep cleaning and everything else with no success. I am still having the same issues with the new print head. Nothing has changed. Obviously, that wasn't the issue. Can someone please tell me what I can do to fix this problem. I've run a deep cleaning several times now and printed the test page out and the 6C, 6M, and 6Y colors are still not printing.
