Hello again...I have a problem that's worth asking for your help ..again...my black PGBK cartridge is not printing at all. New cartridge, even new printhead but nothing...I've done the headcleaning and nozzle checks...the other colors are all perfect but the PGBK part of the nozzle check is totally blank. It can still print pictures, but the text started to disappear a couple weeks ago, streaky on the paper then nothing after a while. Two bad printheads!!?? Is there a way to print text without this PGBK cartridge working? Thanks for listening This printer is a Pixma iP4200 with five colors...
