My MP160 printer had been working fine until I had it powered off for 3 weeks. Now I get an E22 error when I try to use it. I've checked the carriage for binding, dirt, etc. I've reinstalled the driver. I've run MPTool in low-level mode to reset the ink levels. However, the reset waste ink box is greyed-out on MPtool. Can this be a problem, and is there anything else I should be checking? I like this all-in-one unit, and would like to keep it. Thanks.

Hello,
Please try unplugging the printer for at least 10 minutes. If the issue persists at that point, the best thing to do would be to get in touch with our technical support team at http://bit.ly/Phone_Support for further assistance.
Thanks!
