IP 90 printer and have installed 3 new color ink tanks and I keep getting a printer error, no ink ta

Recently started getting error message that the color ink tank is not installed.  We have replaced the ink tank 3 times and continue to get the same message.  What is wrong?

Hi mummyref,

 

Please take the inks out of the printer and place them back in again.  Be sure there is no orange protective packaging tape remaining on them.
