I am trying to connect my new Canon Selphy CP1200 to my computer but the driver installation fails.

Hi phxiadydi,

 

Please try downloading and installing the latest driver for your SELPHY CP1200 available from Canon's web site.  Please use the following link:

 

https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/mobile-compact-printer/se...

 

Once that page loads, please click on the Drivers tab.  The Windows 7 driver will be listed there.

Hi! I'm operating on Windows 7 and I am connected via Wi-Fi. The message was "Installation Incomplete. The printer driver has not been installed. Click Finish to terminate the setup program." Please let me know if there is anything else that might help. Thanks.
