I received several messages, including from Canon, about cleaning the print heads and checking the nozzles in my Pixma iP4200, which I did, but nothing revived the black print cartridge PGBK.  Now it won't print at all and the print status box is stuck on "Gathering printer data."  What do I need to do to get it moving so I can proceed with the "no black printing" problem?
