I have a new Pixma MG2400 and it will not print? I have documents in the que, but it will not print.

This is a brand new printer, right out of the box. On occasion, it will send the paper through, but won't print. This looks like a simple printer? Help please...

I appreciate it, but I have my answer thanks to Canon support. It is not a wireless printer. I bought the wrong one. I will take it back and pay closer attention next time. Thank you for your response.
