I will be happy to assist you with this, but I will need to gather some additiojnal information.  Please answer the following questions:

1.  What operating system is installed on your computer?

2.  What happens when you try to scan?  If you receive an error message, please provide the exact wording of the error message.

3.  Are you able to print from your computer?

4.  Is your printer connected to a native USB port on the back of the computer?
