The printer continues to flash orange and states support code 1300. THere is no paper jam anywhere. When I turn the printer back on, it takes a piece of paper and slides it through. I cannot click roller cleaning as the troubleshooter recommends. I have only used the printer a few times. I cannot take it anywher due to COVID> please advise! I need this for my work at home duties ASAP

The issue that you are describing looks like the printer needs service. The 1300 error would usually mean there is an obstruction in the printer. Since the printer is pulling a sheet of paper through the printer on start up and is giving you the error, it would mean the paper feed is damaged.
