Please tell us what issues you have had with the unit. Do your printouts come out blank or does an error occur?
Also, tell us what version of Windows or Mac OSX is on your computer.

I am getting an error message with support code 1300 that states there uis a paper jam I have removed all the removable parts and reinstalled and there is no paper in the printer. Any help would be apreciated.
