All in One printer MP495

hi

we have a all in one printer (MP495). we went from having Comcast to having ATT and we are having issues getting the printer to hook up with the WIFI for the three computer that use it.

we tried reloading to the computer and everytime it can't find it. can you please help us

Since the printer is not being recognized during reinstallation, we will want to ensure that the wireless LAN setting on the printer is enabled.  To do this, press the Maintenance button (looks like a pair of pliers and a screwdriver) on the printer repeatedly until the symbol that looks like "G" appears in the LCD, then press the <COLOR> button to enable wireless LAN.  Once this has been done, please attempt to reinstall the drivers.

Make sure while running install to click "Set up for the first time" option. It is a new router and needs to connect to it first. If it is connected and it won't detect, disable all firewalls and anti-virus software and click "redetect". Firewalls often interfere with wireless connections. Otherwise, it's going to be a router issue.
