9500 blank pages

I was printing pictures last night and all was well.  Went to finish some today and now the printer sounds like it is printing but the paper comes out blank.  Tried printing a test page and it comes out blank now as well.  The inks are all full and were doing fine last night (i.e. they aren't clogged) Please help!

Thanks!

Hi, kingbrir!

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly which model of printer you're using, along with some information about the computer connected to it, including the operating system it's using. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Thanks and have a great day!

The printer is a PixmaPro 9500.  Its connected to a Mac using OSX 10.7.5.  I was printing from Photoshop at the time (at first I wondered if I had tried to print an unpopulated layer).  I've now tried to print a test page from the printer utility as well as a photo from the Mac Preview just to see if it was a Photoshop setting that was giving me trouble.  In both cases I got blank pages as well.  I've rebooted the printer for good measure but am still getting blank pages.

Thanks for all help.

How does your NOZZLE CHECK look?  You may need to run through a print head cleaning if the output is not right (e.g. if there are missing colors or streaks).  Please CONTACT US if you have trouble after cleaning the print head.
