I printing from iPhone or Macbook running macOS 14.2.1 (23C71).
So far, I have:
1-updated the Firmware on the printer
2-deleted the printer from both the app and the Mac book then added the printer again on both
3-tried hardwiring the MacBook to the printer- no change
4-rebooted macbook
I still get same message. I have confirmed that I can Scan from phone still and copy function still works.
