mb2020 will not print black in after I replaced it. it does not even register that it is full now

mb2020 will not print my black ink after I have replaced it with a brand new cartridge. It does not even reigister that it is full. The cartridge will not come back out so that I can remove it from the printer. How do i fix this problem?
