imageCLASS MF654Cdw error says paper in tray 2 not right but don't have tray 2

MF 650C printer has error message on paper tray but we only have LTR TRAY and no other tray but showing tray 2?

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the MF650 series.  The exact model number should appear on the front of the unit at the lower right.
