I have a new ImageClass MF654cdw printer and for the life of me, can’t get it to show up in AirPrint on an IPhone when the printer is asleep. I tried setting it up on a static IP but nothing has worked. I read all the discussions detailing this known issue.
Anyone get this solved yet? Or is this a Canon software issue?

Hello,
If the printer is not being detected from an iOS device while it is sleep mode, it will usually point to a network settings issue, or the printer has a weak connection to the router. In a situation like this, I suggest contacting support directly over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents can check the network environment and settings to see what is causing the issue.
