I also have a MF654-Cdw printer which is totally frustrating. I am a computer professional who owned a computer business for over 20 years, and have set up hundreds of printers and computers. When I print a 8.5x11 document to the Canon, it moves the print to the right and cuts off the right side of the print. If I send the same thing, using the same package (Photoshop, Word, etc.) to a Brother Laser printer, it prints correctly. It is obvious to me that the Canon software has issues. The only way I can get it to print correctly is to manually reduce the size to 80%, which is unacceptable. Canon used to be a fairly decent printer package, but I will never purchase one again. Having been in the computer business for so many years, I still have customers call for recommendations, and I surely will not recommend Canon.

Are you asking a question or just registering a complaint? If you're asking a question, for someone who is a "computer professional" I am surprised you did not include your operating system, printer driver version, and method of connection.
