I have a newer 269II printer and a couple of days ago i tried to print a doc. and the error light came on stating out of paper. the only way to get a copy was to touch the letter button. i thought maybe the ink was out or low so i put in a new cartridge. it worked yesterday but today when i tried to print the machine started going crazy and shot out several blank sheets or paper without anything on them. I've unplugged it twice without anything happening. HELP>
