Hello,
I have a Canon ImageCLASS D530 which over the past few months developed a strange-looking problem: the top few inches of prints look squished (I will try to attach a scanned image of one print if possible). I have a feeling that for whatever reason the paper is not moving at a proper speed when it is being taken into the printer, and that would make the image distored/squished like that. I opened it up to see what rollers I could clean, and only saw two: one long, black, thin one, that looked like it was covered in some type of spongy material and another narrow gray one in the middle which could not be turned around so I could only clean the top of that one.
Any ideas are appreciated.
p.s. Attached image only has a few lines of text, the rest is blank

Hello,
The image looks like there was a problem processing the print job. Usually, a paper feed issue would cause the text to look broken and it would not look as uniform. We would be happy to assist, but we would need some additional information to assist further. You can reply to this message with the information below and we can provide some troubleshooting steps or suggestions. For a more immediate resolution I would suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist.
1.Do you run into the same issue when you try making a copy from the glass?
2.What version of the Mac or Windows operating system are you using on your computer?
