i have a PIXMA MX722 and I can not get it to print. All i get is White paper. I'm not using wireless

I am trying to print a word document but even when i press black/color buttons on the printer to start printing like i always did it only gives me White paper. How can I get it to print documents?

Are you trying to print a document from Word that is on your computer or are you trying to print a document you placed on the printer glass?

If you are printing from the computer you select the print option in the application. You don't press the buttons on the printer. You are getting blank paper because the printer is printing what's on the glass, which is nothing. 

For Word select File, Print in upper left hand corner of the program.
