Hello,
Two days ago, I bought the MF655Cdw. Everything is great except for one of the most important features: scanning documents to the computer.
After purchasing the printer, I followed the steps in the manual. I set everything up as instructed. The internet is connected, and a USB cable is connected to the computer as well.
Can anyone help me, please?

Sorry for the late reply; I was at work. I installed everything and tinkered with it a bit, and now it works! I chose to connect via cable.
