We have a Canon MF445DW used only for faxing on a dedicated fax line. Regular faxes come through. Digital faxes (i-fax) come through.
But when medical providers fax something using Epic software, the faxes are received, but not printed. Everything else prints automatically.
Thoughts?

Just guessing, but perhaps you need some software from Epic? Since the faxes could be confidential medical info it wouldn’t be good for it to automatically print out where anyone could see.

That's a great thought. I'll look into that. Thank you

Hello Jmarkbangerter,
If you having problems receiving faxes from that program specifically, I would usually suggest checking with Epic to see if there are any security settings applied to the faxes. You can also try checking the fax memory to see if the faxes appear there and if you can print them.

I'm pretty sure that they are appearing in the memory, but there is no option to print them.
