Has anyone successfully printed envelopes using a GX4020 printer? I purchased my printer from Best Buy in May 2024. I have never been able to print an envelope. I spent 45 minutes with Geek Squad remote yesterday and made zero progress. I get a message to load paper in the back tray. When I do that I get a message to remove the paper from the back tray. I never get beyond those messages.
