Touchscreen on imageCLASS MF743Cdw needs to be calibrated

Hi -

I just purchased an imageCLASS MF743Cdw printer.  When I try and go back to the previous menu item by pressing the back icon in the upper left corner of the screen, it selects the first item on the menu below the back icon.  It seems that the screen needs to be calibrated.  Is there a way to do that?

I had the same. If you go into service menu you can recalibrate it. There are a couple of hidden buttons either side of the home button. So procedure is:

Press Home
Press "Button" 1 (left of Home)
Press "Button" 2 (right of Home)
Press sound button on left of panel
Press bottom right hand "button" on screen (can't remember what it's called!)

That should put you in Service Mode - but may take a few attempts. There's better visual instructions on the web 🙂

Once in it's Copier>Adjust>Panel>Touchchk, press on the dots, and it recalibrates the touch side of it.

I have same exact issue.

Does this procedure work on a MF455dw ? Main firmware is v2.01
