This company is a scam they literally steal from you.

My ink cartridges are half full and the printer says they are empty. I print 99% in black and white yet my color cartridges are used almost as fast as my black.

This is a straight up scam.

How do I get my money back?????

You need to provide some info here.

What printer? 

Where did the ink come from? Is it Canon-brand or aftermarket? 

Printers use some colors even when printing black & white, unless you choose Black & White.
