Hi,
I just purchased the Canon imageClass MF641CW, and installed all the toners correctly. However, every time I tried printing something, it always have a blue strip of ink spilled over on the left part of the page. The problem is consistent with every print. However, if I print multi-pages, then the blue strip will start to fade for subsequent pages, i.e. by the 3rd page, the print will kinda look normal, and by the 4th page, it looks like normal printing. This is frustrating because I'd have to intentionally print an extra few more copies just so I can throw away the first couple pages.
Can someone please help me with the solution? I tried navigating through Canon support page but it's a PITA to find the direct link to technical support. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
(Attached some samples of those prints and you can see the 2nd page the problem started to fade a bit)
