Printer says paper is jammed but there is no paper in it

Hy everyone,

I have Laserbase MF 3220 printer&scaner and after i removed the paper that was jammed i receive the same message:

"paper jam open the printer cover" 

I don't see any paper in it and also if i open the printer cover and close it nothing happens. Usualy when i open the printer cover and close it again the printer resume print.

I unplug the printer and plug it after 20 min and it's the same message.

What advice's can you give me?

Getting similar issues here, cant do anything . Totally stuck with this faulty printer here now, help is appreciated.

Hy Shane. I managed to get it to function again.
Try to open the small cover in the back of the printer that is between the small levers.
Try to open and close veey good. Then open and close the cover in front.
Also let the printer one nigh with now power.
