Our office has a Canon F164802. That is what the number on the back label says. One issue we are encountering is when ever we print a document with more than one page it will always print the second page twice. And if you have say 4 pages it will print the 2nd and the 4th twice. I tried looking for a reset option in the settings to just reset it but could not find one. What can I do to trouble shoot this issue?

So that the Community can help you better, we will need you to verify the model name of your Canon product. The model name printed on the front or top of the unit is unique and much easier for us to look up. After some research, we believe you might have the Canon imageCLASS MF8580Cdw, but we want to make sure. Please let us know whether this name appears anywhere on your printer.

Yes that is the name that appears on the front of the printer.

I want to add here that actually the printer prints all pages over 2 twice so if you print a 4 page documents you get the first page once and then 2 of the other three pages. Also sometimes there will be a random paper mismatch error when no setting or paper has been changed. I appreciate your assistance in solving this issue. Hope you are having a wonderful Friday!

I am still waiting to hear back from this site about my post last week.
I am wondering if it is still being analyzed or if it was forgotten or what, however I really need to sort this issue out. What can I do? Thanks.
