Hi, I recently bought a new MF752Cdw. I used to use an HP office printer and was hoping to get better scanning and printing quality, so I decided to give Canon a try. However, this new printer didn’t meet my expectations. The quality of printing color images is poor, with black areas appearing faded and very light, thin lines in black and white text. I’m very disappointed with the purchase and really want to return it. I found that some people have also encountered problems and tried color mismatch correction, cleaning, or other adjustments following the suggested solutions in this forum. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do? Thank you.
