Starting yesterday morning, my printer would not feed from the tray to the duplex unit. The paper would go in maybe an inch or two and then stop. It chatters and rattles and makes groaning and grinding noises, and then I get the paper jam alarm. It tells me to open the back door and to lower the duplexer, and also remove the paper tray.
There is never a paper jam at the duplexer as the paper just barely reaches it!
I have unplugged it all night. I have told you reset the unit. And I have downloaded and installed the latest firmware updates. Nothing I can see is wrong. I have even tried using different weights and grades of paper!
Please advise as this unit is less than a year old, and I am about to launch it out of a window!
