My Canon MF8380Cdw makes color prints and copies with horizontal bands of blue and yellow color across the page.
The toner cartridges are all full and inspection reveals no problems with the drums. This problem appeared last week suddenly. Out of about 10 printouts, only one is free of the bands.
I have just discussed this with Canon Customer Support. The support agent suggested a number of things to try. Interestingly, the Full Color Adjustment procedure always fails at step 2, after scanning the color chart. The support agent suggested taking the machine to an authorized service center, which I will do.
