When printing with your Color imageCLASS MF733Cdw from your Window 7 laptop, the print "Q" (queue), should automatically clear after the print job is complete. I suggest you restart your laptop to resolve the issue.
If the issue persists, uninstalling and re-installing the drivers is your next step to fix the issue. If you need help with uninstalling and re-installing the drivers, could you tell us how you are connecting your MF733Cdw to your laptop (with a USB cable or via your network)?
