MF731C/733C print black/gray dots on page - evenly spaced - only visible with black not color

My MF731C/733C has started to print black dots - evenly spaced when black is used across the page.  I went through the various cleaning options.  Not sure if I need to "shake" the black toner.

Hi rosebush,

I recommend cleaning the Fixing Unit and the Transfer Belt again to resolve the issue.  Please click HERE for instructions to clean the Fixing Unit.  Please click HERE for instructions to clean the Transfer Belt.  If the issue continues, take out the toner and rock it 5 or 6 times to envely distrube the toner.  Reinsert the toner, then attempt a print job.
